Program description

The ICMS retail services management program will prepare you for a career in the Australian and international retail industry.

At the completion of the program, you will have a thorough understanding of key concepts and theories relating to the retail industry, concentrating on retail management and logistics, marketing and promotions, visual merchandising, buyer behaviour and supply chain management. Degrees

The retail services management program is available full-time in the two year Associate Degree or the three year Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Retail Services Management.
