The Pollard Resource Centre / Library (PRC Library) is located on the ground floor of Kelly House. Being a specialist academic research library, its main goal is to support the growth and the development of the College curriculum and the information resource needs of students and staff. The library provides access to a variety of resources to assist users with their study and research needs including general and specific references, audio-visual resources such as CDs, videos and DVDs and subscribed periodicals including industry journals, magazines and newspapers. Additional services include access to electronic resources such as EBooks, EJournals, Online Databases, EReference, Online Periodicals and Bibliographic Databases. The library provides orientation and training in the access of electronic resources as well as consultation for research purposes. Within the PRC Library facilities, computers with multimedia features are available, as well as a photocopier printer and scanner. Study rooms are also available for group assignments, including an audio visual room with a television and DVD/video player. ICMS students who are also enrolled at Macquarie University have access to Macquarie University Library resources. To gain access to these resources, including databases, contact the Macquarie IT helpdesk through the homepage student portal. ICMS students who are not enrolled at Macquarie University have the option of becoming a Reciprocal member by paying an annual fee for access to the Macquarie University Library resources and borrowing.
