ICMS has partnered with Country Education Foundation over many years with a synergistic approach, sharing similar values, to support hard working rural students achieve their education and career goals through scholarships.
Country Education Foundation (CEF) is a national not-for-profit organisation helping rural and regional youth access education, training and jobs through grants, scholarships, support services and resources.
The ICMS CEF Scholarship is awarded to the student based on the selection process implemented by the ICMS Scholarship Board.
Value
This scholarship awards a tuition waiver valued at $10,000 plus an accommodation waiver of $6,916.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be eligible for a CEF grant
- You have a demonstrated financial need;
- You are aged 16-25 years;
- You have attended school in or currently live in the region covered by your local CEF and
- You are able to demonstrate commitment to achieving your goal.
Application Criteria
- Completed Scholarship Application Form
- Last school academic transcript, including awards and/or certificates
- Headshot photograph (a school picture is acceptable)
- Stage 1: referral from your school principal, career advisor or teacher (see attached form)
- Stage 2: report
- Other documents that may supplement the application i.e. work and/or personal references
- ICMS Letter of Offer received by the Admissions department

Undergraduate – New Australian & New Zealand students
Tuition waiver valued at $10,000 plus an accommodation waiver of $6,916.
- Step 1: Download the Scholarship Application Form
- Step 2: Complete your application and prepare your report supporting your application and other documentation if required
- Step 3: Submit your application via email by 5pm Thursday 30 November 2023. Your application should be addressed to ICMS Scholarship Board and supporting documents must be attached.
- Step 4: Interview with ICMS Scholarship Board (finalists only)
