Subject Aim:
Logistics planning is an important and integral part of event planning. This subject will bring students to the complex world of event logistics, the backbone of any successful event. Students will learn some key logistics management skills to execute a complete event logistics strategy.
Students will be exposed to many aspects of event logistics, which is an integral factor in creating successful event experiences.
Learning Outcomes:
a) Explain the key concepts of logistics in event management
b) Analyse the importance of logistics and event execution
c) Examine appropriate technologies within event logistics
d) Produce a logistics plan for an event
