A perfect blend of business, sports management and athletic development subjects, the International Sport College Australia (ISCA) Diploma of Sports Management (High Performance) presents students with an opportunity to achieve sporting and academic success, as well as pathway into higher education.

ISCA students are a part of the ICMS student community; however, their average day looks a little different as it involves practical coaching, training and strength and conditioning classes.
Programs are taught by our respected ISCA academic and coaching staff. If you wish to continue your studies beyond your diploma, ISCA prepares you for a smooth transition into a bachelor’s degree with personalised attention, small class sizes and continuous academic support. Students don’t just attend lectures, they receive additional learning support including study skills, academic mentoring and first-class coaching programs.
Upon successful completion of the Diploma of Sports Management (High Performance), students may gain entry to the ICMS Bachelor of Business (Sports Management), with a full year’s credit. This means that you could pathway directly into the second year of the ICMS bachelor’s degree, without needing to complete any first-year subjects. The Diploma of Sports Management (High Performance) has been designed to equip students with a broad knowledge of business, marketing, sports management and high performance knowledge and skills. It also provides a unique practical experience through professional placements which are part of the Work Integrated Learning program.
ISCA students have have access to high-performance training facilities at Valentine Sports Park in Glenwood and Sydney Academy of Sport in Narrabeen.
Students can also access Sydney Uni’s TAG Family Foundation Grandstand, a multi-sport facility with an impressive two-level high-performance strength and conditioning gym, as well as four spacious change rooms, and the Sports and Aquatic Centre, which houses a wide range of fitness services, including an indoor swimming pool and state-of-the-art cardio and resistance equipment.
The exceptional student experience extends beyond the classroom with structured sports programs curated by our high-performance coaches, field trips with our industry partners to learn and connect, and guest speakers at our annual sports expo to build your professional network and help you learn from the industry’s best.
