“We were thrilled to welcome Cartier’s Talent Acquisition team to the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) this week,” said ICMS Program Manager (Events) Janene Wardrop.

“Their presentation and Q&A session with our business students provided invaluable insights into talent acquisition and career opportunities within Cartier and the Richemont group.”

During the visit, the Cartier team explored various intern projects, providing insights into the upcoming seasonal recruitment at Cartier’s flagship boutique.

They also showcased an exciting internship opportunity with the Richemont Talent Acquisition team, giving students a preview of the luxury brand industry.

Events such as these are important for helping ICMS graduates gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. Through offering practical insights and chances to network, ICMS makes sure its students are ready to start their careers with an advantage.

“ICMS nurtures future leaders by integrating theoretical education with practical, hands-on learning experiences,” remarked Janene Wardrop.

“Collaborating with elite international brands like Cartier is one of the ways we prepare our graduates for success.”

Vision for Collaboration and Growth

Cartier representative Tom Bischoff shared insights on the collaborative efforts between Richemont and ICMS during the visit to the campus.

“We discussed plans to continue to grow the relationship between Richemont and ICMS,” said Tom.

“This included increasing the number of intern opportunities for ICMS students at Richemont, attending Careers Fairs, hosting on-campus events for students, and partnering on initiatives like Student Employability programs and Project Work.”

Tom Bischoff said institutions like ICMS are shaping the future of the industry.

“It’s always inspiring to hear how schools such as ICMS are helping shape the future of luxury retail and how we can work together in supporting the journey of the next wave of Retail Professionals,” said Tom.
